Mississippi Perinatal Quality Collaborative (MSPQC) Meeting New Orleans, LA
CHAMPS Team members presented at the Mississippi Perinatal Quality Collaborative (MSPQC), led by Dr. Charlene Collier and the Mississippi State Department of Health. This meeting was attended by physicians, nurses, lactation consultants, social workers, and hospital administrators from various hospitals throughout the state. The goal of the conference was to discuss strategies that will improve the health of mothers and babies across the state by reducing rates of premature births and infant mortality.
